Responsibilities:

• Able to drive and deliver results and thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, this candidate has strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills; English proficiency; the ability to multitask

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• a bachelor's degree in engineering (computer/telecommunications), computer science or information technology, or equivalent
• 2-5 years progressive technical experience
• You' ll need solid knowledge of:
- T1, 56k, 64, Frac-T, and Multi-Meg data circuits in the Managed Network Solutions Operations Group
- Frame-Relay, MPLS, ATM, Private Line, and IP networks
- network performance monitoring tools and test equipment
- routers, firewalls, and LAN technologies
• We prefer knowledge of and certifications in Cisco and other technical areas, including ITIL
• Full-Time positions available.
